We upgraded the main beam material from standard Q345 to T700 High Strength Steel. This drastically reduces the trailer’s tare weight while safely increasing the payload capacity to 40-50 tons without any risk of chassis deformation.
Before painting, the chassis undergoes deep Shot Blasting to remove all rust and stress. We then apply a premium Polyurethane Paint system (2 primers + 2 topcoats), guaranteeing 5+ years of rust resistance even in highly corrosive coastal environments.
To further maximize payload efficiency and reduce dead weight, the roof support framework, side rails, and heavy-duty toolboxes are forged from Aluminum Alloy. This directly lowers fuel consumption for the tractor head.

Additionally, the rear doors are solid steel or aluminum with robust container-style locking bars.
The curtain rollers, top tracks, and quick-release tensioners are industrial-grade components designed to withstand tens of thousands of opening cycles. With simple routine cleaning and light lubrication of the aluminum tracks, the entire mechanism will operate smoothly for years without jamming.
Yes. While 13.75m is the global standard length, we frequently build 15m or 16m super-long versions for clients looking to maximize cubic meter (CBM) volume. We can also adjust the internal height up to 3 meters, strictly depending on your local highway and bridge clearance regulations.
Due to the highly customized nature of curtainsiders (including specific axle choices and curtain branding), production typically takes 20-25 working days after receiving the deposit. We strongly recommend ordering in advance to synchronize with international Ro-Ro or Bulk Cargo shipping schedules.
